Prices the offices publish themselves

What do implants and dentures actually cost near you?

The same procedure, from the same provider network, can differ by hundreds of dollars between locations. Here is what offices publish, state by state, with a link to each price list.

If you need sedation

Fear of the chair is one of the main reasons people put off work they need. Sedation is a normal, billable part of dentistry, and it has its own codes you can ask about by name.

What sedation typically costs (US benchmark)
  • Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) (D9230)$65
  • Deep sedation / general anesthesia, per 15 min (D9223)$175
  • Deep sedation / general anesthesia, first 15 min (D9222)$328

Typical figures, not a quote. Ask the office to price these codes for your case before you agree to treatment.

What these prices are. Cash prices published by the offices themselves, read from their own price lists on the dates shown. Every row links to its source. They are not quotes, and they are not what you will be billed if you use insurance.

What a quote should include. An implant is usually several billable parts: the extraction, the implant post, the abutment, the crown, and sometimes a bone graft or sinus lift. A low headline number often covers only the post. Ask for the whole plan in writing, itemised by code.

Before travelling. Implants take several visits across months. Count the return trips, and ask who handles it if something goes wrong once you are home.

Cheaper routes worth checking first: dental school clinics, FQHC dental, whether a plan beats cash, and credential-verified implant dentists.
