How We Verify Implant Credentials
The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID) each publish their own public directories of credentialed members. We scrape those directories and match each listing to a named dentist in the federal NPI Registry by name, using fuzzy matching with an estimated 87% precision rate.
